Scott anchors Vegas Travel Podcasts and also is the editor of the host site, VegasTripTalk.com.
The reason Scott chose this photo is that he has auction and appraising experience; before moving to Las Vegas in 2016, Scott worked as a self-storage facility manager in St. Louis where he often had to conduct auctions like you see in the TV series Storage Wars.
From 1974-2007, Scott worked on-air in a variety of radio, television and newspaper positions and is using them to create a great experience for an audience wanting information about Las Vegas. He even was a Kentucky licensed handicapper nearly 30 years ago so expect him to talk about sports betting on Saturday episodes
Jay is the contributing expert for Tuesday episodes How to Get to Las Vegas and Wednesday episodes Where to Stay in Las Vegas.
Jay has lived and worked in Las Vegas since 2009 and his expertise originates from his work at for Affinity Gaming, MGM Resorts, Caesars Entertainment and JSX Airlines in the fields of hotel, resort, flight with emphasis on customer experience.
Like Scott, it doesn’t hurt that he worked for a long time as a radio news, sports and traffic anchor.
Jay has become a big fan of the Vegas Golden Knights of the National Hockey League, so look for Jay to inject information for out-of-town hockey fans planning trips to Las Vegas.
